Massive is a boutique bakery inside Al Massa Hotel designed to welcome both hotel guests and passing visitors with warm materials and clear product display. The layout focuses on streamlined service: large display counters, a visible pastry prep area for theatre, and a compact back-of-house that speeds restock during peak breakfast and checkout times. Finishes were chosen for hygiene and durability, while lighting and sightlines were tuned to highlight products and create an inviting, premium feel.
