Mall 52 is a modern mixed-use destination in 6th of October City combining offices, retail, F&B and a pharmacy. We delivered the interior design and the exterior visuals, focusing on a cohesive modern façade, clear circulation and flexible retail modules that help tenants perform. The exterior shots highlight material choices, lighting strategy and signage, while interiors prioritise tenant visibility, service routes and practical back-of-house planning — all chosen for durability, easy maintenance and strong curb appeal.
